Before going into the process of purchasing a home we had so many questions and so many concerns. Jose and the team from the beginning were so helpful and always answered our questions even, even the dumb questions I had. We went through many homes with James and even took a break from looking at homes because of all the uncertainty that there is going on in CA. One theming that I truly appreciated from Jose and his team is that once we stopped looking at homes we still kept communication and it was never anything “pushy”, he always reassured us and even though we weren’t ready at the time a few months later when we were they welcomed us with open arms once again. They made the entire process so easy for us, Brandon as well made everything in the process so simple for us and always answering our questions and our concerns. They all worked very hard for us to find a home in the price range and conditions we wanted & THEY MADE IT HAPPEN! We were first time buyers and did see a few realtors before making the decision to go with Jose’s team & im very glad we did because or experience with them from the very beginning to the very end has been amazing.
